Senior Test Architect (Immediate Joiner) – Bangalore
Job Description:
– Performance Testing Expertise: Â Design, execute, and analyse performance test plans and strategies to ensure system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
– JMeter Proficiency: Â Build, debug, and optimize advanced test scripts in Apache JMeter, simulating complex user workflows and transactions.
– Performance Analysis: Â Monitor, analyse, and interpret test results to identify performance bottlenecks, including CPU, memory, database, and network-related issues.
-Tool Integration:
Integrate JMeter with CI/CD pipelines and other tools like Jenkins, Grafana, or Prometheus for automated performance testing and monitoring.
– Load and Stress Testing: Â Conduct various types of performance testing, including load, stress, soak, and volume testing.
-Reporting and Documentation:
Generate detailed performance test reports with actionable insights and recommendations for performance
optimization
.

Collaboration:
Work closely with development, QA, and Dev Ops teams to define performance benchmarks and resolve performance-related issues.
-Mentorship and
Leadership
:
Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in performance testing methodologies and best practices.

Continuous Improvement
:
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and techniques in performance testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
-Other tool Proficiencies : Â Exposure to other load test tools like Neoload, Load Runner, Blazemeter will be an added advantage

Experience with
performance testing in mobile applications is a plus.
