As an Assembly & Test Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our Aerospace business unit in Clearwater, FL. You will be accountable for assembling and reworking systems to ensure their quality and functionality. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business.
In this role, you will impact our Aerospace business unit by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will perform assembly, rework and support testing tasks according to established procedures and specifications, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
Perform assembly and rework tasks according to established procedures and specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Document and report any deviations or non-conformances
Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience as an Assembly & Test Technician or a related role
Strong technical skills in assembly and reworking systems
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
WE VALUE
High school diploma or GED
Associate’s degree in a technical discipline
Experience with aerospace components and systems
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the aerospace industry
Strong communication and people-oriented skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
