Main Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
Conduct quality reviews, including documentation verification and approval of Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
Support investigations related to quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Prepare and analyze quality performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in quality, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of quality processes, including investigations and COA management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or similar roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.50 – $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
