Personal Injury Legal Assistant / Paralegal (Australian Personal Injury) – RemoteJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant / Paralegal with Australian personal injury law experience to join our team immediately. This is a fully remote position ideal for a professional with a strong background in Australian personal injury matters and excellent client communication skills.

Salary: PHP 40,000–45,000/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Australian personal injury case files from intake through resolution.

  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related paperwork.

  • Communicate with clients, insurers, medical providers, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal deadlines.

  • Provide administrative and legal support to solicitors.

  • Handle client inquiries professionally and confidently over the phone.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting an Australian law firm or handling Australian personal injury matters is required.

  • Proven experience in Australian Personal Injury Law, with preference in the following order:

    • Car Accident (CTP) Claims

    • Work Injury Claims

    • Workers' Compensation, Public Liability, or TPD Claims

  • Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Confident, articulate, and well-spoken over the phone.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Stable employment history with good tenure in previous roles (candidates with frequent job changes may not be considered).
