Ensure Plant & Production line designs are compliant to industry norms
Initiate application for certifications
Qualification-B.Tech, B.E
7+ years of experience in leading quality systems with expertise in certifications & processes for EMS (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
Compliance and Design Review: Ensure that plant and production line designs are compliant with relevant industry norms, regulations, and quality standards.
Certification Initiation: Lead the process of initiating applications for certifications, including Environmental Management Systems (EMS) certifications, and manage the certification lifecycle.
Quality System Leadership: Oversee and implement quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to operational standards.
Process Management: Design, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes, focusing on EMS, and drive efforts for obtaining and maintaining certifications such as ISO 14001 or equivalent.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and environmental teams to ensure that quality and compliance requirements are fully integrated into plant design and production processes.
Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to teams on EMS standards and best practices, fostering a culture of quality across the organization.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
Experience: 7+ years of experience in leading quality systems, with a strong background in EMS certification processes (mandatory).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of EMS standards and certification processes (ISO 14001, etc.)
Familiarity with plant design and production line standards.
Expertise in implementing and managing quality management systems (QMS).
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
