Responsibilities:
Support Test Planning:
Assist the Test Planner in developing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Help define testing strategies and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Contribute to the identification and prioritization of test scenarios based on business requirements and risk assessments.
Coordinate Test Execution:
Organize and oversee the execution of functional, integration, and regression tests on nCino applications.
Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts to validate system functionality and performance.
Track and document defects using appropriate tools (e.g., ADO) and ensure timely resolution.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the Test Planner, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to provide updates on testing progress and issues.
Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all test activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and best practices.
Assist in validating system integrations and workflows within Salesforce and nCino.
Support automation testing initiatives, as applicable.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
Assist in generating test reports and metrics to track testing progress and quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred not required.
Experience in QA testing, with a focus on nCino or Salesforce platforms preferred.
Understanding of banking and lending processes is a plus.
Proficient in testing tools like ADO, or similar.
Ability to work in Agile or Scrum environments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Certification in nCino or Salesforce.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.53 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
