ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a key hire and one of the most important puzzle pieces in our next growth phase. You will design, build, and maintain automations that simplify processes, boost efficiency, enhance reporting, and help us launch new services for our clients. You’ll work across internal departments and play a pivotal role in shaping how we operate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n to streamline internal operations
Build workflows that integrate Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack, ClickUp, Go High Level, and more
Identify opportunities for automating existing processes
Create reporting dashboards and automation logic for internal data visibility
Support productization of new client services powered by automation
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation flows for reliability and scale
Document all automations in SOP format and maintain an internal database of workflows
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify new automation opportunities
Optional but valuable: assist with IT security protocols, access control, and system integrity
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
Experience with tools in our stack (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, HighLevel, ClickUp, Slack)
Demonstrated ability to translate messy processes into clean, automated workflows
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven, collaborative environment
BONUS: Background in IT security or experience implementing security best practices

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
