About the Program

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Program is a multi-year, technology-enabled program delivering streamlined HR services through phased releases. With multiple workstreams and a large, multidisciplinary team, this is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to meaningful change.
About the PMO
The Program Management Office (PMO) is the strategic and operational backbone of the HCM Program. Reporting to the PMO Lead, the team ensures strong governance, insightful reporting, and effective coordination across the program. The PMO supports executive stakeholders, manages assurance activities, and drives continuous improvement.
The Role
As PMO Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and governance of the program. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies.
Managing program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
Producing high-quality, data-driven reports using PowerBI, Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence.
Supporting tool implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Engaging with stakeholders and supporting executive governance forums.
Overseeing internal assurance processes and supporting audits and reviews.
Managing change control processes and benefit realisation frameworks.
Providing strategic advice, mentoring, and administrative support as needed.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of PMO management experience on large-scale, multi-year programs (government experience desirable).
Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tool skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
