TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Quality Assurance Technician position in Auburn Hills, MI.
Overall Purpose
To support Quality initiatives and goals, as they relate to both Trigo and customers. The goal is to provide best in class service to our customers.
May Report to
Director of Operations
Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
Responsible for conducting, recording and analysis of audit findings
Assist in developing and training of work instructions and processes (as required)
Operations
Perform process audits
Audits various sites to ensure compliance with TRIGO policies and procedures and work order instructions including PPE
Train inspectors on items not up to audit standards (as required)
Notify leadership of non-compliance with policies and procedures
Assist in handling of customer complaints and correct actions (as required)
Organization & Management
Audit work area for cleanliness (including a walk-through to document all trash, excess parts, reject parts, etc..)
Technical
Recommend process improvements and cost savings
Other
Any other duties as assigned
