Summary
Check outgoing labels to make sure they match the most recent version and revision of the label on the computer as well as the label template. Releasing labels to be used.
Essential Functions
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Quarantine labels
· Check physical labels to approved label template
· Sign off on approved labels on invoice
· Make sure that version and revision numbers match
· Make sure quality of label is good, i.e. Color and bleed
· Assist the Quality Assistant when needed
· Review and approve product labels in compliance with 21 CFR Part 101 (Food Labeling) and internal quality standards.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· One to three years working in quality
· Ability to read and understand English
· Ability to decipher label and label templates
· Ability to work normal computer programs such as email, word documents, excel
· Proof reading skills a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
