该职位来源于猎聘 The Process Quality Engineer (PQE) is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process, with a focus on compliance with Dorel’s quality specifications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement in product safety and reliability. Key responsibilities 主要职责
- Process Monitoring & Improvement -Provide support to DJAPO Engineering and Supplier for the development and implementation related improvement of processes, such as process control plans, workstation instructions and quality control best practices. -Responsible for carrying out production and quality control process audits at supplier as per the audit plan approved by QA Supervisor, to identify deviations and implement corrective actions. -Support supplier in troubleshooting defects and optimizing workflows, lead root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive actions (CPA) for quality incidents and document findings. -Evaluate product performance via RGD(return goods defect) reports and consumer/customer feedback analysis and liaise with Suppliers and DJE pillars to drive and ensure supplier continuous quality improvement through implementation of corrective and preventive actions. -Participate in and support in new product development proactively Reviews to ensure manufacturability and quality, include but not limited in construction reliability pre-evaluation, manufacturing fixture/machine/jigs performance feasible review, line layout optimization etc.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance -Ensure products and components meet Dorel Juvenile Quality Requirements by supporting pre-shipment inspection, and/or In-Process Inspection based upon the designated inspection sampling plan, AQL levels, relevant product specification and quality requirements and approval (reference) samples. -Verify, at time of inspection or audit that any product changes such as ECN are implemented in accordance with the agreed timeframe and confirm back to the relevant ECN issuer.
- Train supplier’s operators on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Analysis & Reporting -Generate weekly quality reports for management review, analyze quality metrics to identify trends. -Support the supplier to reduce scrap, rework, and warranty claims.
Your profile 任职资格 -Bachelor’s degree or College Degree, Technical Degree or above
- Experience with Juvenile Products, familiar with CRS and Stroller is preferred. -Over 5 years working experience in Quality related field and Juvenile industry is a must. -Good understanding and working experience in Quality assurance and Quality improvement
- Knowledge and experience of applying statistical tools and methods to problem solving in a quality or process improvement area. -Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6 sigma is preferred -Assertive characteristics with good communication skills. -Good capability on English reading and writing.
