Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting quality audits, performing inspections, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The Quality Technician will work closely with production teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-pour inspections of concrete mixes, forms, and rebar; conducting post-pour inspections of cured concrete products for defects and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform various concrete tests, such as slump tests, compressive strength tests, and material testing to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests, inspections, and findings in logs and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Understanding of concrete chemistry, concrete mix design, precast concrete production processes, and industry standards.
- Must have ACI1 Certification.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other members of the production team and management.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
