An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our clients team. This role is key to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, with a strong focus on production and technical oversight. Duties to Include:
Ensure compliance with Inspection and Test Plans across all manufactured products
Maintain and update approved company designs, working closely with the Technical Team
Maintain regular communication with Technical and Quality Teams across the company
Support product and material trials as well as innovation initiatives
Stay current with industry advancements and apply new knowledge to improve processes
Perform additional duties as requested by Senior Management to support business objectives
Prepare and deliver detailed technical and management reports
Experience/Skills Required:
A highly motivated, adaptable professional with the confidence and initiative to take ownership of their work
Organised and methodical, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team
Proficient with standard IT systems and able to effectively use internal communication platforms
Analytical and methodical approach to solving technical issues
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
Full UK driving license required
Must have experience within the construction industry
Hours of Work
Monday
– Friday 40 hours
