We are looking for a Process and Quality Specialist to join Process Improvement and Quality unit in the Information Technologies Directorate of our university who meets the following criteria:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance
Preferably experienced in business continuity management systems
Preferably knowledgeable and experienced in university processes and reporting
Preferably experienced in project management, involved in project-based work,
Advanced proficiency in English
Excellent command of MS Office applications
Strong analytical thinking, planning and organization skills, attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and collaboration abilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparing the necessary documentation and reports by taking part in the service quality studies managed and included by the Process Improvement and Quality unit
Ensuring coordination with departments for internal and external quality reporting
Ensuring the format and content control of procedures prepared by departments and coordinating their publication process
Supporting the preparation of question-answer lists, checklists and flowcharts by taking part in the procedure and standardization studies of the departments
Ensuring reporting and archiving standards within the Process Improvement unit
Taking part in process development and improvement projects
Providing process analysis support to IT teams in system developments
Analyzing and reporting improvement ideas and suggestions submitted by departments
Analyzing and interpreting project-generated data to prepare recommendation presentations for service improvement
Playing a role in coordinating institutional business continuity management system processes
