We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to optimize and improve manufacturing processes in a leading Paper manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing production data, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
3 – 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
Familiarity with process control.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
