We are Hiring: Senior Process Improvement Consultant | Lean Six Sigma Black Belt | BPMN | Financial Sector
Location: Belgium (Hybrid)
Are you a Senior Process Improvement Expert with a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) and process modeling (BPMN, Value Stream Mapping)? Do you have experience in optimizing Self-Care & Cure processes in the financial services industry?
We are looking for an experienced professional to join a leading financial institution in Belgium. As part of this project, you will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and improving operational processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Map & Analyze Processes: Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements using BPMN and Value Stream Mapping techniques.
Operational Excellence: Leverage Lean Six Sigma to optimize workflows and reduce waste, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with both business and IT teams to implement changes effectively.
Enhance Self-Care & Cure: Focus on improving customer experience through optimized self-service solutions.
Key Requirements:
✅ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent experience)
✅ Expertise in BPMN and Value Stream Mapping
✅ Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement experience
✅ Background in the financial services industry (Banking, Insurance, etc.) is a plus
✅ Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
✅ Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
