The Process Improvement Officer helps management make decisions at all levels—strategic, tactical, and operational—by using industrial engineering methods. They also work to improve efficiency in supply chain processes.
Sets performance standards for operations and works with key stakeholders to agree on targets.
Tracks and analyzes performance data, giving advice on how to meet targets.
Calculates and reviews production and logistics capacities.
Collaborates with supply chain teams to optimize or increase capacity for busy seasons or growing customer demand, including adding new facilities if needed.
Helps plan the transition when opening a new commissary.
Looks for ways to improve productivity and efficiency in supply chain processes.
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering.
With more than two (2) years of relevant experience in industrial engineering
Has led and delivered improvement projects from previous work experiences.
Preferably, a Certified Industrial Engineer and has worked in a food/FMCG manufacturing industry.
Must be willing to report and work at the logistics facility in Paranaque.
