Process operator -Swaging Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at Sundus
Responsibilities Load pipes and operate the swagingmachines without defects.
Maintain Auto controland no defect transfer to the next stages in case ofany.
Perform the level
-1 maintenance of themachine.
Report any quality non-conformitiesand any abnormalities in the process.
Maintainthe production targets based on the product cycletimes.
Check with the CNC operators and adjustthe swage sizes as and when required but within the tolerancesgiven.
Maintain/Mark the traceability of thepipes as required.
Perform tasks with honesty,integrity, and Customer Focus.
Fully embracethe Quality & HSE managementsystems.
Participate in all HSE programs, inparticular; STOP Intervention, HSE Observations, Accident/Incident Reporting, HSE Auditing & good housekeepingpractices.
Ensure good
communication
betweenthe shop floor and office on any issues that would impact theefficiency/quality of the job.
Monitor own workto ensure quality is to the requiredstandard.
Fully cooperate with otherdepartments to ensure workflow is maintained as and whenrequired.
Ensure only working with Controlled Copy documents and ensure obsolete revisions are handed back to the Quality Manager for disposal.
Requirements Swaging operating experience withpremium threading(JFE/VAM/TENARIS/VAGT/TPCQ)
Need to have goodknowledge about hydraulics.
More than 3 yearsof experience out of which at least 1 year in OCTG threading with Mechanical Trade/Diploma.
Able to solve themechanical problems in the machines.
Able tocommunicate with the team andsupervisors.
Should have experience in setupand operating of swaging machines.
