JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Monitor project process quality and progress.
Measure and analyze quality-related data.
Evaluate processes and involved departments.
Propose and implement process improvement initiatives for software development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Process Quality Assurance or similar QA role.
Strong understanding of quality management and assurance.
Knowledge of testing or project management is a plus.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum models.
QA/Testing/PM certifications are an advantage.
Others:
Ability to customize processes and checklists for software projects.
Proactive and independent in supporting and controlling project processes.
Experience in reviewing project documents (management and technical).
Capable of problem analysis and creating quality reports.
Strong teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Good communication and persuasive skills.
Experience or knowledge in standards like CMMi / SPICE / ISO is a plus.
Language: Able to read and understand technical documents in English. Japanese is a bonus.
