Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain quality-critical process equipment and instrumentation, ensuring operational excellence, calibration accuracy, and precision
Troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation issues, implementing swift resolutions to minimize downtime
Create comprehensive instrument and troubleshooting guides for process optimization
Lead projects to improve testing capacity through new technologies
Collaborate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance departments
Regular reporting on equipment and instrumentation status to Quality and Production teams
Travel (20%) to other facilities in Kentucky and Alabama to support quality initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline with mechanical experience)
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on with instruments
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Experience with manufacturing process instruments preferred but not required for exceptional entry-level candidates
Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
