What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials , packaging materials, and excipients, ensuring the timely availability of compliant and high-quality materials for production. You will coordinate closely with suppliers to arrange and manage technical documentation required for audits, regulatory compliance, and vendor onboarding, and regulatory submissions, while maintaining complete and accurate records.
You will also support import-related processes, including handling DRAP cases on PSW, ensuring the timely submission of documentation and issuance of NOCs.
In addition, you will process purchase orders through ERP systems, support supplier evaluation and development initiatives, and build effective vendor relationships to ensure continuity, compliance, and operational reliability.
You Are Good At
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely documentation and follow-throughs
- Maintaining organized, accurate, and audit-ready technical documentation records
- Managing procurement processes, involving imports and regulatory requirements
- Processing purchase orders and related transactions in ERP systems
- Building strong working relationships with vendors and service providers
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across functions
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory documentation
- Familiarity with import processes, customs clearance, and PSW systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Who You’ll Work With
This role reports directly to the Senior Manager Procurement and works closely with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure seamless procurement operations and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
