Job Summary
The Product Associate supports the Product Management function in driving product initiatives from concept to delivery and continuous improvement within an InvestTech / FinTech platform.
This role combines product coordination, business analysis, project execution, and data-driven decision support. It requires someone who can:
• Translate business requirements into structured product documentation
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams
• Support product quality, usability, and engagement initiatives
• Contribute to continuous product improvement through research and analysis

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
1. Product Definition & Requirements
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and leadership
• Support the creation of:
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Product specifications
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to engineering and design teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation
2. Product Execution & Project Management
• Support product initiatives from planning through release
• Assist in defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor progress and follow up on action items
• Identify and escalate potential risks and bottlenecks
3. Agile & Delivery Support
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes
• Support backlog management and sprint planning activities
• Coordinate with:
- Engineering
- Financial / Analytics
- Marketing
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams
4. UX, Design & Product Quality
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to support a high-quality user experience
• Review designs and user flows to ensure alignment with product requirements
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities
• Support efforts to maintain consistency and usability across the platform
5. User Engagement & Adoption
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve:
- User engagement
- Retention
- Feature adoption
- Support user behavior analysis and feedback collection
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and product usage
6. Product Strategy & Innovation
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Identify industry trends and emerging opportunities
• Support product discovery and feature evaluation activities
• Contribute recommendations for product enhancements
7. Data-Driven Product Development
• Monitor product performance and key metrics
• Assist in product analytics and reporting
• Support A/B testing initiatives and feature validation
• Use data insights to support product recommendations
8. Competitive Research
• Analyze competitor products, features, and user experiences
• Prepare research summaries and benchmarking reports
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation
9. Product Performance & Reliability
• Support efforts to maintain product quality and performance
• Assist in tracking product issues and enhancement requests
• Work closely with engineering teams to support smooth product operations
