Title: Product Certification specialist

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Ho Chi Minh City: Full-time, office-based position from Monday to Friday.
- Bac Ninh/Hanoi: Remote working position.
- JOB PURPOSE
Perform and coordinate certification activities for products, processes, or services in accordance with applicable certification schemes, standards, technical regulations, and legal requirements. Ensure that all certification activities are conducted competently, consistently, impartially, and confidentially in compliance with ISO/IEC 17065.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and review product certification applications and supporting documents.
- Visit clients to explain applicable product certification requirements and procedures.
- Identify applicable standards, technical regulations, and certification schemes.
- Coordinate sampling, testing, and factory assessments, and monitor the progress of certification activities.
- Review test reports, technical documentation, and evidence of conformity.
- Prepare and maintain certification files in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065 and the Company’s procedures
3. REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, or mechanical engineering is mandatory.
- Experience in certification, testing, or quality inspection is an advantage.
- Knowledge of product compliance and certification requirements under EAC Mark, CE Mark, CR Mark, ASME, UL, and other relevant certification schemes.
- Ability to read and understand standards and technical documents in English.
- Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to complying with impartiality and confidentiality requirements.
- Training certificates in ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, or ISO 9001 are an advantage.
