About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Design Intern to support our team in understanding customer needs and contributing to the product development lifecycle. This role involves assisting with user research, feature definition, design, testing, and iteration under the guidance of senior team members. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
Assist in building and refining user segments and personas.
Help define and document feature ideas and product requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business teams.
Support product testing, quality assurance (QA), and release tracking.
Contribute to product iteration by collecting feedback and analyzing user behavior.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Basic understanding of product development processes and user-centered design principles.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Enthusiasm for product development, user experience, and digital commerce.
