Title: Product Development Officer

Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines
Role involves the creation, development and management of assigned CFG products to ensure its feasibility, growth and competitiveness in the market. Ensures that the assigned products and program/s are approved by responsible authorities, and are enhanced regularly, as needed. Oversees the entire life cycle of the products assigned from development to launch, including periodic reviews.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Management and Marketing
Collaborates with other departments such as Sales, Credit, Analytics, IT and Finance on assigned Consumer Finance product enhancements/developments
Coordinates all areas necessary in order to bring the assigned product/s into the market, works with the Consumer Finance Products Team Head in the development of financial operating plans and ensure profitability.
Ensures that assigned products are properly documented through product programs which are updated.
Creates and updates management reports to track progress of assigned product line/s, develops product descriptions and analyzes performance of existing bank consumer loan products
Develops and maintains key customer relations with internal business partners and vendor representatives, research on competitive pricing and practices to ensure that the assigned consumer loan products remain attractive and assures that the product has the highest quality of standard.
Monitors industry trends related to the assigned product/s
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensures all aspects of assigned CFG product/s are compliant and audit ready at all times
Complies with existing bank guidelines and policies applicable to Consumer Finance Group
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
At least 2 years of experience in marketing and product management of consumer loan products
