Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced food professional to join our Product Development & Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative food products that align with current market trends and consumer preferences while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and launch 4–5 new food products every month based on market trends and consumer demand.
- Research and create new recipes, flavors, and product concepts.
- Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and taste assessments.
- Coordinate laboratory testing to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Monitor product quality, consistency, shelf life, and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams during product development.
- Maintain proper documentation related to product formulation, testing, and quality control.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging ingredients, and food innovation.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, Nutrition, or any other related discipline from a recognized university.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, food quality assurance, R&D, or a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of food quality standards, food safety, and laboratory testing procedures.
- Excellent understanding of food taste profiling and product innovation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify market trends and develop commercially successful products.
