Position Responsibilities
Product Development: – Assist the Product Innovation & Development Manager in overseeing the product innovation and development process for the lifestyle merchandising division.
Market Research & Analysis: – Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks. Leverage these insights to develop product concepts with clear unique selling points.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: – Work closely with creative, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to market strategies, product positioning and alignment across all functions.
Product Lifecycle Management: – Support all stages of the product lifecycle, including ideation, sourcing, budgeting and manufacturing, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
External Stakeholder Management: – Coordinate with international suppliers & manufacturers to establish product acceptance criteria and maintain high-quality standards for all products.
Performance Analysis: – Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product enhancements and future innovations.
Trend monitoring: – Stay ahead of industry developments, consumer behaviors and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table for innovative product designs.

Qualification & Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Design or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields.
Experience in product innovation and development, preferably in the consumer goods or lifestyle industry.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for bringing innovative products to market.
Proficiency in crafting and delivering professional presentations.
A keen interest in lifestyle trends and a commitment to driving innovation in product development. Knowledge of coffee industry trends is a bonus!
