Quality Supervisor
Total Site Solutions (TSS), is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Quality Department in a fast-paced electromechanical assembly environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 standards, managing a team of quality inspectors and technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and develop a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
Ensure product and process compliance with ISO 9000 standards and internal quality procedures.
Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts for nonconformances.
Support production by monitoring and improving in-process and final inspection activities.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including third-party ISO audits and customer quality audits.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, scrap, rework, and customer returns.
Review and approve quality documentation, including control plans, inspection procedures, and test records.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and ensure design for manufacturability and reliability.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance teamwork across the organization.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ISO 9000/9001 standards.
Strong background in electromechanical assembly, including understanding of mechanical, electrical, and PCB components.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and manage a team.
Experience with quality tools and techniques (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and quality-related software (e.g., Minitab, ERP systems, QMS platforms).
