Job Description
- Being sole contact point of daily operation for On-call team (tech and Product team) and Stakeholders.
- Uphold efficient and standardize operation across all internal stakeholder (Tech, Finance, Customer Experience and Field-team)
- Evaluate quality assurance efforts related to our internal tools and internal process
- Become a contact person to conduct interviews and information gathering for Tenant problems and our product quality issues.
Requirements:
- Problem Solver: A proactive problem solver who can work with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulating complex concepts to various stakeholders
- User Communication: able to be calm and collected when talking with customers who might be having issues with our services.
- User-focused mindset: A deep understanding of how businesses use internal tools and a passion for delivering solutions that meet user needs
- Experience: at minimum 1 year work experience and proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
