More specifically, you will:
Material review board (MRB) – Non-conformance
- Lead MRB 2nd and/or 3rd line review; keep PQA Engineers as well as internal customers
- informed of status.
- Timely support non-conformance tasks according to the defined flows.
- Drive technical activities linked to the root cause analysis, risk assessment, containment
- and corrective actions in manufacturing.
- Support OCAP definition with PQA Engineers.
- Support LRR activities.
Product Continuous improvements
- Coordinate first line support for product improvements activities including planning, execution and reporting of validation of tests in the manufacturing area.
- Perform first analysis of validation results.
Documentation
- Ensure the availability of product related reports, data and system related records.
- Product ownership
- Responsible for mature products with coaching from engineer.
- Support SPC/RIP/PAT reviews and definition.
Your profile
- Availability to work independently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with X-ray equipment is considered an advantage
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Electronics or a related field is an advantage
- Intermediate command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform precise work with small components
- Good communication skills and a result-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of electronics (schematics, systems, test methods and equipment) is a plus
- Ability to process and interpret data from multiple sources (e.g. electrical measurements, stress monitoring)
