Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for establishing quality standards, developing and executing test strategies, and managing a talented QA team to ensure our digital products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position is ideal for a leader who excels at process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous quality enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Leadership
Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance processes and best practices.
Define and enforce quality standards for products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Design and oversee test strategies and plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage and timely execution.
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Identify training needs and provide coaching to keep the team updated on the latest QA methodologies and tools.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for QA staff.
Process Optimization
Analyze and improve existing QA processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead initiatives to automate testing and streamline quality assurance activities.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Testing & Compliance
Select and implement appropriate testing tools and technologies.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of manual and automated testing for all products and services.
Ensure rigorous testing and auditing are conducted prior to product releases, and that defects are tracked and resolved.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a bridge between QA, development, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations and deliverables.
Prepare and present quality metrics, reports, and documentation to stakeholders and leadership.
Advocate for end-users by incorporating feedback and ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role (financial services or FinTech experience strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven experience developing and implementing quality standards and test strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, automated testing platforms).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
