We are currently looking for a Product Quality Assurance Engineer to join one of our high-tech clients operating in the semiconductor and electronics industry.
Your Challenge
As a Product Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and maturity of ASIC production projects throughout the development lifecycle. Working closely with project managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will ensure that products are delivered according to the required quality standards while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful closure of project quality gates.
- Monitor the quality of project deliverables.
- Verify compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Perform 8D Root Cause Analysis and Failure Analysis (FA).
- Coordinate and follow up on project change requests with managers and technical teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in a similar Product Quality or Quality Assurance role.
- Experience with ASIC qualification flows.
- Good knowledge of industry standards such as MIL-STD, Automotive, Space, or similar quality standards.
- Experience with 8D problem solving, Failure Analysis, and risk management.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel approximately one week per month to subcontractors across Europe.
