Leading space and satellite manufacturer is seeking industry proven PA Manager to join growing PA Team, working in close conjunction with engineering teams; design, through to AIT / Test and closely with suppliers and customer
PA Engineer will be responsible for:
RAMS: Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety
RFD: Request for Deviation
RFA: Request for Approval
PAD: Problem Analysis Document
MPCB: Material and Process Control Board
PCB: Parts Control Board
RCB: Reliability Control Board
MRR: Manufacturing Readiness Review
IRR: Integration Readiness Review
TRR: Test Readiness Review
TRB: Test Review Board
DRB: Design Review Board
NRB: Non-conformance Review Board
Pertaining to electronics, hardware and some internal processes / procedures
Key attributes:
2 – 10 years experience as a space / satellite industry PA Engineer / working in PA Engineering / Management
Communicates effectively across all organizational levels, with suppliers, and customers.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrates expertise in verification and testing procedures.
Exhibits comprehensive understanding of Electrical, Electronic, and Electro-mechanical (EEE) components.
