Currently, we are looking for highly enthusiastic a Product & Quality Assurance Specialist who will work in the Czech Republic, in Prague.

What Is Expected From You

This role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across various operational and infrastructure segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing anomalies, non-compliances, deviations, waivers, and configuration and asset management processes.

Anomaly And Non-Compliance Management

Support operational review boards for anomalies and non-compliances.

Escalate significant issues impacting organizational objectives.

Monitor and control closure plans and recovery actions.

Analyze trends in anomalies and non-compliances.

Ensure timely resolution of actions in accordance with contractual KPIs.

Deviation And Waiver Management

Track and manage the review and approval process for deviations and waivers.

Maintain status lists and ensure compliance with management processes.

Configuration And Asset Management

Control and record changes between design, build, and operational baselines.

Evaluate and process infrastructure change requests.

Update and maintain configuration and asset tracking databases.

Participate in inspections and produce reports.

Review inventory deliveries and support the write-off process.

Propose continuous improvements to operational processes.

General Product Assurance And Quality Assurance Support

Define, approve, and maintain qualification and approval programs.

Establish and maintain audit plans for procurement and development activities.

Contribute to verification activities and implement audit plans.

Follow up on lessons learned from service provision and system exploitation.

Support milestone reviews and compliance with quality frameworks and standards.

Maintain PA/QA requirements, plans, and statements of compliance.

The candidate must be eligible for EU security clearance

What You Offer

Proven experience in product assurance and quality assurance roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with quality frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ECSS).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

You will be working in the Czech Republic, in Prague.
