Responsibilities:
Summary
The mission of the Quality Technician is to ensure a quality product for Berry customers through various processes; both administrative and technical.
Job Responsibilities
Enter data from routine measurements.
Complete Start ups.
Collect data from Start ups and enter into a proprietary program.
Maintenance of color targets, heldware inventory, start up inventory, & various files.
Various administrative duties such as preparing daily paperwork, completing AVO’s, shot cart paperwork, lot certifications, batch documents, travelers, production tags, etc.
To include rework, repack, shipment audits, shipment verifications, continuous line checks and any further duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience in a plastics environment related to quality is a must.
High attention to detail with an ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
