Pay: $17.13/hour during training | $18.13/hour after training

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven Product Quality & Fulfillment Lead to oversee final inspections, quality control, and order fulfillment at our Spokane Valley facility. You’ll guide a small team, keep our products meeting the standards we’re known for, and help daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Own
? Leading, training, and supporting members of your team
? Performing and overseeing final quality inspections
? Verifying order accuracy, labeling, and inventory counts
? Keeping tabs on productivity and daily workflow
? Coordinating outgoing shipments and delivery readiness
? Completing reports and keeping communication clear across the team
? Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
What You Bring
? 21 years of age or older
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Strong attention to detail
? Basic computer skills
? Leadership experience preferred
? Washington State Food Worker Card required
Physical Requirements
? Able to lift up to 30 lbs
? Able to stand or sit for extended periods
? Comfortable working in a production environment
