Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Editor to support ongoing updates and maintenance of digital literacy course content. This role will focus on ensuring that lesson materials and course assets are accurate, consistent, and delivery-ready.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital learning content, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume updates in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update lesson presentation screens and digital assets based on structured change requests
- Implement errata fixes, corrections, and patch updates across course materials
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and completeness
- Maintain documentation of all updates and changes implemented
- Support ongoing content releases and version control processes
- Contribute to documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production editing, content editing, or digital content operations
- Experience working with eLearning or digital courseware
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple updates and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., LMS platforms, PowerPoint, content management systems)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in EdTech or digital literacy programs
- Familiarity with instructional design workflows and content lifecycle management
- Exposure to quality assurance (QA) processes in content development
- Experience working in agile or iterative content release environments
