Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Beni Suef for a Production Manager.The production manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations within our cosmetics production facility. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards, and monitor the efficiency of manufacturing processes. You will coordinate with relevant teams to optimize production output and address any challenges. Additionally, responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing health and safety regulations, maintaining machinery, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end production activities to meet business goals and deadlines
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and relevant cosmetic industry regulations
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain product consistency and standards
- Lead, train, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams
- Manage production budgets, reduce waste, and control operational costs
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are strictly followed
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements in cosmetics manufacturing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
