Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Schmetz India Private Limited, located in Gandhidham. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules. Key responsibilities include managing production teams, optimizing resource allocation, implementing process improvements, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Workflow Optimization
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Regulatory Compliance
- Leadership and Team Management abilities, including staff training and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in Operational Tools, Report Analysis, and Performance Metrics
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
