Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Rajkot. As a Production Manager, you will oversee production activities, manage production schedules, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet company goals. You will also lead a team of production staff, resolve operational challenges, and ensure safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning, Process Optimization, and Workflow Management
- Experience in Quality Control, Assurance, and hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Strong Leadership, Time Management, and Team Coordination skills
- Proficient in Resource Allocation, Inventory Management, and Problem-Solving
- Familiarity with machinery and tools relevant to the production of auto, gear, or machine parts
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
