Coordinate with fabrication, machining, and assembly teams to align production timelines.
Optimize workflow to minimize bottlenecks and maximize efficiency.
Plan raw material and component requirements in coordination with procurement and inventory teams.
Ensure availability of tools, jigs, and fixtures for smooth production.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests when needed.
Track production progress and identify deviations from the schedule.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Work closely with design, procurement, quality, and maintenance departments for seamless production flow.
Communicate production plans and updates to relevant teams.
Resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.
Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with industry standards and company quality policies.
Collaborate with the quality control team to address defects and rework.
Maintain production records, including work orders, machine utilization, and efficiency reports.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production status reports for management review.
