Our Production Quality Specialists team is responsible for implementing quality and safety standards at the respective Supplier/ PU’s to always ensure best quality output of C&A products. You will be driving the Development and Production of top-quality products in line with the company strategy and global standards for product performance, product safety, quality and conformity from local suppliers and PU’s.

Your responsibilities
Lead and develop Supplier Production and Quality Teams to ensure high performance in QMS audits, NCR CAP actions, and consistent delivery of quality products that meet safety, legal, and performance standards
Act as the proactive “eyes and ears” within Supplier PU’s, monitoring performance indicators to identify and escalate new or recurring issues that may impact product safety, quality, delivery, or competence KPIs, while ensuring cross-functional communication to raise awareness and prevent potential risks before they occur
Manage new product development by providing expert input on manufacturing control practices, ensuring market trends are followed and performance standards are met
Provide guidance and recommendation on quality and safety issues in order to solve production problems and implement problem shooting and corrective action plans for quality issues during production
Report and maintain Quality IT tools, perform inspections, and lead continuous improvements through root cause analysis, ensuring supplier adherence to corrective action plans and quality standards
Perform Inspections and quality checks, tests, and sampling procedures of finished product at both PU and the Inspection Centre. Conduct In-line, Final and Shadow Inspections as and when required
What you bring
Professional qualifications in Production Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or another related subject
Strong manufacturing knowledge, Quality Management Systems and 8D methodology
At least 5 years of working experience in a related field
Strong knowledge across woven, knit and accessories categories within the supply base
Very Good knowledge of sewing and fabric techniques as well as product safety and quality
Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as critical thinking and solution driven focus including encouraging the same in others with a forward looking mindset
Proficient in MS Office, PDM/PLM systems
Proficiency in English at a C1 level and native-level fluency in Turkish
