The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar position within production.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure production processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Complete all required documentation accurately for regulatory compliance.
Promote and enforce occupational health and safety best practices among the production team.
Communicating expectations to production team and monitor their performance.
Implement emergency response procedures when necessary.
Conduct regular machinery and checkpoint inspections to maintain safety and efficiency.
Prepare production reports and provide management with key updates.
Oversee the repair or replacement of faulty equipment to minimize downtime.
Optimize the use of resources and assets for maximum efficiency.
Supervise and manage team performance to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
