Responsibilities
Execute production plans to achieve goals using business metrics
Collaborate with teams to schedule resources and production lines
Optimize manpower allocation and communicate daily expectations to operators
Proactively manage process/quality issues and ensure adherence to plant policies
Utilize Syspro ERP for moving materials and troubleshooting product specifications
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
3-5 years’ experience operating extrusion, cabling, or other manufacturing equipment.
Experience leading a team of technicians to enhance production processes.
Mechanical aptitude
Track record in driving change and fostering continuous improvement
Salary: $60K-$70K
