Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. This role oversees daily production operations on the bakery floor, ensuring schedules are met, products are manufactured to specification, and safety and quality standards are consistently maintained. The Production Supervisor coordinates team assignments, monitors equipment performance, addresses issues that impact throughput, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The role includes tracking production metrics, optimizing workflows, collaborating with quality assurance and maintenance teams, and training team members on procedures and safety protocols. The Production Supervisor also communicates shift performance and priorities to management, helping align production activities with customer and business requirements.

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess skills in production schedules and production planning to organize resources and meet daily output targets.
- Candidates should possess production management skills to oversee processes, maintain quality standards, and drive operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear direction on the production floor.
- Experience in food manufacturing, bakery production, or high-volume CPG environments is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and workplace safety practices is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze problems, and implement practical solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in operations, engineering, or related fields is a plus.
