ISQ Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join one of our foods (non-meat) manufacturing clients in Norfolk.
We are seeking candidates with a background in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role within the food manufacturing industry. We also encourage experienced Team Leaders or Line Leaders who are looking to advance in their careers and step into a supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workflow, staffing levels, and material supply to meet production schedules efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring all production records and reports are completed correctly.
Uphold strict product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Quickly identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining efficiency.
Candidate Skills and Experience:
Understanding of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and quality control procedures in a production setting.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, ensuring productivity and staff engagement.
Quick-thinking and proactive approach to resolving production issues and minimizing downtime.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and maintain high operational standards.
Comfortable working early shifts
