Qualification: Chemical Engineer or equivalent
Experience: Candidates with less than one year of experience or those who are new to the field are welcome to apply.
Salary Package: 3500 AED + accommodation + rest is as per UAE labour law.

Responsibilities:
Ø Oversee the production process in the factory by managing all production workers and activities.
Ø Ensure timely completion by organizing the production flow effectively and efficiently.
Ø Overall responsible to oversee the timely dispatch of manufactured products.
Ø Ensure definite stock level of Raw and packing material is maintained for smooth Operations.
Ø Ensure workers adhere to Instructions / Procedures mentioned on Work Instruction; following sequence of material mixing and in specified quantity related to Production and Packing.
Ø Responsible to check shift closing activities to ensure safety checks are done on a daily basis
Ø Ensure that finished products comply as per the specifications and standards
Ø Train subordinates including new employees within the team on work procedures and tasks.
Ø Co-ordinate for timely Maintenance Schedules ensuring minimum downtime
Ø Identifies appropriate risk prevention tools such as PPE and secure strict usage during operation
