Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead and manage production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines
Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance
Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and quality control techniques
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
