Position Summary

ConverzAI is seeking a versatile and driven Program Manager with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate across strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building structure where none exists. 

As a Program Manager at ConverzAI, you will play a central role in driving cross-functional and cross-product initiatives that enable scale. You will help reduce product and operational debt while increasing delivery velocity and execution confidence across teams. This role requires comfort moving seamlessly between product discussions, engineering coordination, data driven problem solving, and stakeholder communication, often within the same day.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and at a high-quality bar. A strong inclination toward technology, analytical thinking, and clear communication is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and maintain the product roadmap and prioritization, ensuring alignment with company vision, business objectives, customer needs, and execution capacity

· Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define product vision, strategy, and requirements, translating insights into PRDs, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria

· Drive end-to-end product and program execution, from discovery and planning through development, launch, and post-launch iteration

· Lead cross-functional and cross-product initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes

· Plan, track, and manage programs by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, timelines, and risks, and communicating progress, trade-o􀆯s, and impact to stakeholders

· Establish and sustain strong delivery rhythms and execution discipline

· Ensure operational and go-to-market readiness for product and feature launches, including documentation, internal enablement, and cross-team coordination

· Act as a central connector across product, engineering, and business teams to maintain alignment and accelerate decision-making

· Leverage data, customer feedback, and root cause analysis to measure outcomes, reduce product and operational debt, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science preferred. MBA is a plus

· 3 to 5 years of experience in program management or product management for software or SaaS products

· Prior experience in a startup or high-growth, product-led organization is strongly preferred

Must Have Skills and Attributes

· Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity

· Ownership mindset with the ability to manage programs end to end in high-growth environments

· Technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understand software development lifecycles, and engage in data-driven discussions

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions

· Hands-on experience with Agile project and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
