Developmental Concepts, Inc., is a privately-owned Disability Agency providing years of outstanding service to all of our participants and their families. We are looking to add another professional to our team! The perfect candidate is a self-starter, with open willingness to learn and implement expectations of the agency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Studies Field and experience in DDA services.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor Residential Habilitation houses weekly.
Write plans of correction for problem areas.
Assign persons responsible to make corrections.
Follow up with those corrections.
Monitor service areas including: employee qualifications, trainings, participant records and programs, provider/participant satisfaction and participant management information system
Follow the state regulations governing DDA’s and Residential Habilitation.
Ensure that RH houses are following state regulations.
Ensure that Developmental Concepts, Inc. is providing a safe, least restrictive environment for participants.
Conduct a monthly QA meeting of summaries with professionals.
Additional Requirements: Possess a bachelor’s in social services field
OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field and has completed competency work as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional.
Has at least 1-year supervisory experience
Demonstrate ability to write, implement and oversee program plans.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must pass a pre-employment criminal history background check.
Must provide or obtain CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and liability car insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
